The right option for you

Dentures are one of several ways to replace teeth. If a different option would serve you better, we’ll say so and explain why.

What types of dentures do we offer in Las Vegas?

Dentures at our Las Vegas office come in more varieties than most people expect, and the right one depends on how many teeth you’re replacing and how you live day to day.

If you’re still weighing dentures against a bridge or implants, we cover all of it at your consultation as part of the full range of tooth replacement options.

Full dentures

Replace an entire upper or lower arch. Modern materials look natural and are shaped to your mouth from impressions we take in the office.

Partial dentures

Replace a few missing teeth and clip securely around the ones you still have, in either a resin base or a slimmer cast-metal frame. Choosing between full or partial dentures comes down to how many healthy teeth remain.

Immediate dentures

Made in advance and placed the same day as your tooth extractions, so you leave with teeth while you heal. As your gums settle, we reline or replace them for the final fit.

Implant-supported dentures

Snap onto dental implants for a hold that removable dentures can’t match. They cost more upfront and require enough healthy bone, and for many patients the stability is worth it.

How much do dentures cost in Las Vegas?

Full dentures are about $2,500 per arch before insurance, and partials run about $677 to $1,350 depending on materials. Immediate dentures are about $1,200 per arch. Relines, the periodic refits that keep dentures comfortable as your gums change, run about $175 to $350.

Most PPO plans cover a portion of denture treatment. We verify your benefits, apply them to your estimate, and give you your full price in writing before you decide. If you’d rather spread the cost out, we offer flexible ways to pay, and our in-house memberships help if you’re uninsured.

Your written estimate reflects your mouth and your PPO benefits, not an average.

FAQ

Questions patients ask

How long do dentures last?
Typically 5 to 10 years. Your gums and bone change shape over time, so periodic relines keep the fit snug between replacements. Regular checkups let us catch fit problems early.
Will dentures hurt?
Expect an adjustment period. Some soreness in the first weeks is normal while your mouth adapts, and that’s exactly what follow-up visits are for. Most patients settle in within a few weeks.
Can I eat normally with dentures?
Yes, with practice. Start with softer foods cut small, chew on both sides, and work back up. Most patients return to most of their usual diet.
Should I take my dentures out at night?
Yes. Removing them overnight gives your gums a rest and lets you clean the denture properly, which keeps your mouth healthier.
Does insurance cover dentures?
Many PPO plans cover part of denture treatment, and many patients here carry PPO coverage through their employer. We accept most PPO plans and verify your benefits so you know what’s covered before you decide.
Can I get dentures the same day my teeth are pulled?
Often, yes. Immediate dentures are made before your extraction appointment so you leave with teeth the same day. Once your gums heal, we reline or replace them for the final fit.
