Who can join the membership plan?
Anyone without dental insurance, or anyone looking for a more affordable way to maintain their oral health, can sign up.
How much does the membership cost?
Child Complete (ages 7–13) is $20/month or $240/year. Adult Complete (ages 14+) is $25/month or $300/year.
What’s included?
X-rays, two professional cleanings, two exams and two fluoride treatments per year, one emergency exam, and 25% off additional treatment.
